Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on the Site. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and all capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given in our Terms.
1. Service Areas and Packaging
1.1. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available. Any address or service-level limitations will be shown to you during checkout on the Site. If we cannot serve your specified shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any amounts paid for the Products without incurring any liability.
1.2. We generally use plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. Exceptions may apply, including manufacturer drop-shipments, legally or carrier-required labels, and oversized items that ship in their original cartons. The shipping label may include a return address that identifies Maison Rapha 7 or our fulfillment partner.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
2.1. Orders submitted before the daily Cut-Off Time begin Order Processing the same day. Orders submitted after the Cut-Off Time typically begin Order Processing on the next Business Day. The current Cut-Off Time is shown on Product pages or at checkout.
2.2. Please note that fraud screening, address corrections, inventory exceptions, or restricted-item checks may delay Order Processing. If we need information from you to proceed, we will contact you.
3. Shipping Services & Estimated Timelines

4. Shipping Fees & Free-Shipping Threshold
Orders qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before taxes and fees, is at least [USD $XX]. Eligibility for free standard shipping is determined at checkout and may change if your order is modified or partially canceled or returned. 5. Split Shipments
We may fulfill an order in multiple shipments at no additional charge. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and portions of your order may arrive at different times. Your payment method will be charged only for Products we accept and ship. For the legal effect of partial shipments, see “Orders, Offer and Acceptance” clause in the Terms.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy, Changes & Undeliverable Packages
6.1. Please check your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. Address changes may be possible only before Order Processing begins. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we may (i) reship after collecting additional shipping fees, or (ii) refund the Product price less outbound and return shipping and handling, where permitted by law. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
6.2. Delivery, Signatures & Leave-at-Door
6.2.1. Signatures: If signature service is offered, any requirement will be shown at checkout.
6.2.2. Leave-at-Door: If you request (or the carrier allows) Leave-at-Door, you are responsible for providing a secure drop-off location.
6.2.3. Multi-unit buildings: Deliveries to lobbies, mailrooms, package rooms, or concierge desks are treated as delivered upon Delivery Confirmation.
6.2.4. Carrier instructions: You acknowledge and agree that you may provide delivery preferences or instructions, but carriers may not always be able to honor them in all cases.
6.3. Risk of Loss and Delivery Determination
Delivery is determined by Delivery Confirmation as defined in the Terms. Risk of loss passes at Delivery Confirmation. For signature requirements, Leave-at-Door, and other delivery instructions, the Terms control.
7. Tracking and Notifications
We will send a shipment confirmation with tracking to your email. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we may also send text updates. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may update with delays. In some cases carriers reuse tracking numbers; please allow time for scans to refresh after you receive your Shipping Confirmation.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us within [X Business Days] of Delivery Confirmation and include photos of the non-compliant Product and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
If tracking shows no movement for [X Business Days] beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us. We typically replace or refund after the carrier’s investigation window of [Y Business Days] from the last scan or the expected delivery date.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and any concierge. If the package is still missing, contact us within [X Business Days] of the delivered scan. We will assist with a trace. Resolution may require you to provide a signed affidavit or a police or theft report. Outcomes may be limited where carrier records confirm Delivery Confirmation at the address provided.
Claims submitted outside the abovementioned time frames may be denied due to carrier limits.
9. Restricted & Special-Handling Items
Certain Products may be subject to transportation or carrier restrictions. We may limit shipping methods or destinations for such Products, extend processing times, or cancel Products that cannot be shipped legally or safely to your specified shipping address. Any such limitation will be shown at checkout where possible, and canceled Products will be refunded.
10. Holidays, Weather, and Events Outside Our Control
High-volume periods such as holidays, severe weather, carrier capacity constraints, or other events outside our control may extend processing and transit times. Any known service interruptions or blackout dates will be noted on the Site when feasible.
11. Updates to This Policy
